Light-Curing Gingival Resin (Dental Laboratory Use Only)
Applications: Biomimetic restoration of artificial gingiva for All-on-X (Maló Bridge) pure titanium or zirconia implant frameworks and temporary resin prostheses.
I. Indications
1. For indirect laboratory build-up only; used to reconstruct artificial gingiva, interdental papillae, and alveolar ridge soft tissue on implant frameworks.
2. Compatible substrates: Pure titanium frameworks, zirconia frameworks, and PMMA temporary teeth or frameworks.
3. Direct intraoral filling is prohibited.
II. Contraindications
1. Use or handling by individuals allergic to methacrylate resins is prohibited.
2. Patients with severe bruxism must be informed in advance.
3. Material wear resistance is lower than that of high-temperature sintered gingival porcelain.
III. Standard Operating Procedure
1. Opaque Layer (OP)
Apply 1–2 thin coats, light-curing each layer, to completely mask the gray metal or zirconia substrate.
2. Gingival Body Build-up (GR-D / GR-L / Universal Shade)
Build up the anatomical gingival form layer by layer; keep individual layer thickness ≤2mm and cure after each layer to prevent incomplete deep-layer curing.
3. Surface Transparent Layer
Apply a thin layer over the gingival surface to simulate the moist, translucent texture of natural gingiva.
4. Biomimetic Characterization
