Product Overview
This light-curing photosensitive resin is designed specifically for dental models. It is an acrylate-based light-curing composite material compatible with LCD, DLP, and SLA dental 3D printers using 385–405nm light sources. Intended for printing reference models in dental laboratories, the finished prints serve solely as external tooling models; they are strictly prohibited from prolonged contact with oral mucosa or intraoral use. Key advantages include low curing shrinkage, high hardness, excellent detail reproduction, and dimensional stability during storage, making it suitable for daily production in denture manufacturing facilities and digital dental studios.

Key Ingredients
Urethane acrylate prepolymer: Controls hardness, toughness, and wear resistance
Acrylic reactive diluent monomers: Adjust viscosity and reduce molding shrinkage
Phosphine oxide photoinitiator: Compatible with 405nm UV-blue light curing
Inorganic silica filler, pigments, defoaming agents, and anti-aging stabilizers

Storage Conditions
Storage temperature: 5°C–25°C. Store in the original opaque black bottle, away from direct sunlight and UV light. Store any resin remaining in the resin vat in a separate light-proof container; do not pour it back into the original bottle.
It is recommended to use the resin within one month of opening; if left undisturbed for an extended period, shake thoroughly before use.

Safety Instructions (Important)
Wear nitrile gloves throughout the entire operation; the use of safety goggles and a well-ventilated environment is recommended.
Liquid, uncured resin is a skin irritant; direct contact with skin or eyes is strictly prohibited.
If resin comes into contact with the skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If splashed into the eyes, rinse continuously with water and seek medical attention promptly. Avoid inhaling resin vapors.
Waste liquid generated during cleaning is classified as chemical waste; dispose of it in accordance with local hazardous waste regulations.
Printed models are intended solely for in vitro comparison and laboratory adjustments; they must not be placed in a patient's mouth.
